Shipping Policy

Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 12–24 hours.  
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time  
We offer standard shipping across Lebanon:  
Delivery time: Within 10–12 working days.

Shipping Rates  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.  
Orders over $100 qualify for Free Delivery.

Order Tracking  
Once your order is delivered to your destination, you will receive a WhatsApp message with delivery confirmation.  

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages  
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the reshipment cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Stychic Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.  
We are only responsible in cases where the issue occurred due to an error on our part (such as incorrect dispatch or shipping details).  
If your package is lost or missing, please first reach out to us via WhatsApp or email for support.

International Shipping  
Currently, we only deliver within Lebanon.
